Delivery Info


Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. This period may be a little longer during periods of high activity or during school holidays. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without signature. We will provide a link as soon as possible to allow you to follow the progress of the delivery of your package online. It takes 48 hours from the date of posting (deadline in working days for shipments in mainland France subject to compliance with the deadline for posting).

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. Indeed, we cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk. Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.


If the items ordered do not suit you, you have 14 clear days from the delivery of your order to return them to us. They will be, according to your choice, exchanged or refunded within 14 days after reception and control, provided that they are intact, in their original packaging and without trace of use.

In the event of the return of an unclaimed or refused package or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following will be done, according to your choice:
– either a refund of the order, less the costs of ‘committed shipments and a lump sum of 10 euros for management costs
– or the return of the order after payment of the additional shipping costs incurred.
